Performance shocks are designed to be rebuilt, and the Falcon shocks on your van are no exception!
If you have noticed excessive oil residue, visible leaks, fast adjuster feeling loose/not clicking into place, or just the feeling that your shocks aren't performing how they previously did. It may be time for a rebuild.
We rebuild YOUR shocks, this is not a trade-in program.
How it works:
- Choose how many pairs of shocks you want us to rebuild.
- Pick either the "mail in" or " van appointment" Option
- For mail in shocks:
- We will reach out to you shortly after receiving the order for pictures of the shocks prior to shipping and confirm our current lead times.
- Pack up your shocks and ship to - Built for the East LLC, 55 Taylor Street Granby MA, 01033
- Alternatively you can drop your shocks off with us directly at the shop at the same address.
- For Appointment requests:
- Once you have paid for the service we will reach out to you to schedule the appointment. Alternatively give us a call or submit a work request for an appointment to talk with us beforehand!
- For mail in shocks:
Lead Times
The lead times are an estimate based on our usual shop activity. If we know there will be a delay greatly beyond what is stated here we will inform you!
Mail In shocks: Typically 1-2 Weeks
Appointment for removal, rebuild and reinstall: Typically 4-6 Weeks
A note on corrosion before you purchase this service:
We're no strangers to rust, and while most falcon shocks resist corrosion very well. If your shocks are visibly rusty/corroded, please reach out and send us pictures of the shocks in question. Heavy corrosion on shock parts can make things very difficult to take apart without potentially breaking things. They also typically need additional parts. which can reduce the cost saving benefits of performing a rebuild versus buying a new set.

- Return must be initiated within 14 days of item receipt.
- submit return request with order number and name to sales@builteast.com
- Customer is responsible for cost and arrangement of return shipping.
- Returned items must be uninstalled and in new condition, complete with all hardware and packaging materials.
- All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Built
for the East LLC reserves the right to assess higher fees as needed to
cover damaged packaging, missing hardware or subcomponents. - All fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Built for the East LLC reserves the right to refuse any return after it's been delivered to our facility.- Refunds will be made after the items are inspected and returned to inventory.
- vehicle specific items are final sale, as it is not our
responsibility to confirm fitment of your custom vehicle. we give
detailed descriptions for his reason. We encourage you to call us and
confirm fitment. - Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment.
- Orders already shipped and 'in transit' cannot be cancelled.
